InTown Suites is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to oversee daily upkeep of the hotel property, perform preventative maintenance, and respond to emergencies. You must reside on property during employment and will also serve as Property Attendant part-time as directed by leadership.

Responsibilities include maintaining grounds and interiors, repairing rooms, and coordinating with supervisors to ensure safety and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, speak, write and understand English to interact with guests and staff.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, often under pressure.
• Able to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Knowledge of air conditioning systems and equipment, including installation, maintenance and repair.
• Knowledge of electrical systems and components and related safety procedures.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools (e.g., drills, voltage testers).
• Organizational skills and ability to work with limited supervision.

Responsabilités

• Maintain grounds and keep areas clean and free of clutter.
• Maintain the building by cleaning siding and walkways.
• Repair and upkeep of vacant rooms (walls, appliances, furniture, carpet, cabinets).
• Perform preventive maintenance on guest rooms on a schedule.
• Respond to service requests and emergencies promptly.
• Work as Property Attendant one or two days per week as assigned.
