Job summary

InTown Suites is seeking a Regional Maintenance Technician to repair and maintain properties within a market, traveling to multiple locations as directed by the Director of Maintenance. Overnight stays may be required.

The role involves inspecting properties, performing preventive maintenance, assisting technicians, and coordinating repairs while ensuring safety and quality. A valid license and ability to travel are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Willingness to uphold company standards.
• Driver's license, auto insurance, and a working vehicle are required.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, and general maintenance repairs.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and support for Property Maintenance Technicians.
• Inspect interiors/exteriors to ensure proper maintenance.
• Perform preventive maintenance at properties.
• Schedule property visits and assist technicians with repairs.
• Assist with painting, repairs, and flooring tasks.
• Inspect parking lot, potholes, and striping; perform minor repairs.
