InTown Suites is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to oversee daily upkeep of the property, perform preventative maintenance on hotel assets, and respond to on-call emergencies. You will live on-site during employment and may also serve as the Property Attendant one or two days per week.

You’ll handle grounds care, room repairs, drywall, paint, carpet care, and routine maintenance while coordinating with the General Manager/Regional Operations Manager to ensure guest satisfaction and

Qualifications

• Ability to read, speak, write and understand English.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in stressful situations.
• Knowledge of electrical systems and components.
• Experience with air conditioning systems and repair.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools.

Responsabilités

• Perform daily upkeep of the property including grounds, cleaning, and repairs.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on hotel property and equipment.
• Respond to emergency service requests on-call.
• Maintain cleanliness of walkways and repair damaged furnishings.
• Coordinate with supervisors and document daily paperwork.
• Fulfill Property Attendant duties one or two days weekly.
