Job summary

V2X, Inc. seeks a Field Service professional to support Advantor customers with maintenance and servicing of integrated alarm, access control, CCTV, and GBR systems.

The role involves travel across the West South Central region, assisting with installations and providing on-site guidance. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of related experience, knowledge of alarm systems, CCTV, access control, and programming software, plus a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Experience with electronic alarm/intrusion systems, CCTV and access control hardware.
• Familiarity with Windows OS, MS Office and CRMs.
• Ability to work unsupervised in a team environment and provide customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and service repairs on alarm, access control, CCTV and GBR systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance inspections per manufacturer recommendations.
• Provide system performance analysis and software updates as needed.
• Provide end-user instructions and support during visits.
• Must be able to travel up to 100% and provide 24/7 emergency service capability.
