Job summary

Ackermann Group is seeking a full-time Regional Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance across multiple Indianapolis area communities. You will oversee trades, budget, inventory, and vendor relations while ensuring service requests and preventive maintenance are completed promptly.

The role requires supervisory experience, EPA I/II certification, and a valid driver’s license. The position offers competitive hourly compensation, quarterly bonus potential, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Availability to work full‑time: Mon–Fri, 8:00am–5:00pm with emergency on‑call rotation.
• 3+ years of related experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• EPA Type I & II Certification required.
• CPO certification preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Office products.
• Strong attention to detail and team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Direct maintenance activities at multiple communities.
• Supervise interior and exterior building and grounds maintenance.
• Manage make-ready schedules and vendor relationships.
• Oversee maintenance supplies, inventory, and budget.
• Respond to after-hours emergency maintenance requests.
• Ensure timely completion of service requests and preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate capital improvement projects and safety programs.
• Lead team meetings and participate in hiring of maintenance staff.
