Job summary

Ackermann Group is seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor for The Metropolitan in Fishers, Indiana. You will oversee day-to-day maintenance, coordinate with the Community Manager, and lead a team to maintain all mechanical and structural needs of a 304-unit property.

Strong supervisory and trade skills are required. The role involves budget awareness, provider relationships, and after-hours emergency response.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related maintenance experience with supervisory duties.

Responsibilities

• Oversee interior and exterior building and grounds maintenance.
• Ensure unit make-ready schedule meets expectations.
• Manage maintenance supplies, inventory and budget.
• Snow removal.
• Respond to after-hours emergency maintenance requests.
• Ensure timely completion of service requests.
• Ensure all community amenities are market-ready.
• Document, manage and report maintenance activities and budget.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance plan.
• Participate in hiring process.
• Plan capital improvement projects.
