The Leumas Group is seeking a Regional Maintenance Supervisor to lead day-to-day and preventive maintenance across multiple properties in the Fredericksburg area. The role requires supervising onsite teams, coordinating with vendors, and driving safety and quality standards to protect resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include overseeing inspections, reporting, and capital projects while traveling up to 25% to support regional properties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• HVAC certification required.
• CAMT certification required.
• EPA certification required.
• Proven experience as a maintenance supervisor or similar.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems.
• Demonstrated leadership of maintenance teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day and preventive maintenance programs across multiple properties.
• Direct, train, and support onsite maintenance teams.
• Monitor vendor performance and manage maintenance contracts.
• Conduct property inspections for safety, quality, and curb appeal.
• Present weekly updates to Housing Program Managers during Tactical Meetings.
