Job summary

Accurate Personnel seeks a Regional Maintenance Manager to provide strategic leadership across multiple facilities in the Allentown region. The role drives preventive and corrective maintenance programs, improves equipment reliability, and ensures safety and regulatory compliance.

You will lead Maintenance Managers, coordinate with regional leadership, manage budgets and vendor relations, and report on performance to the General Manager.

Qualifications

• Must have multi-site or large-facility maintenance leadership experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Experience with OSHA standards and regulatory compliance.
• Proficient in data reporting and use of maintenance software.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for maintenance teams across multiple facilities.
• Develop regional maintenance strategies aligning with safety and operational goals.
• Plan, schedule, and delegate activities to maximize equipment uptime.
• Coach site leaders and implement training programs.
• Ensure all regional equipment and facility systems comply with OSHA and policies.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and repairs with work order systems.
• Coordinate projects with vendors and capital repairs and track documentation.
• Maintain regional records and generate operational reports for leadership.
• Manage regional maintenance budgets and procurement.
• Champion safety and sanitation across all facilities.
• Serve as escalation point for regional emergencies.
