Job summary

Leumas Residential is seeking a Regional Maintenance Supervisor to oversee day-to-day and preventative maintenance across multiple properties in the Fredericksburg region. You will lead maintenance teams, ensure timely responses to work orders, and manage vendor contracts and budgets to uphold safety and quality standards.

The role requires HVAC, CAMT, and EPA certifications, plus travel up to 25%. Expect collaboration with leasing teams and ongoing capital projects to enhance property value and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and HVAC, CAMT and EPA certifications.
• Proven experience as a maintenance supervisor managing multi-property teams.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems.
• Ability to travel up to 25% to support regional properties.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day and preventive maintenance programs for multiple properties.
• Direct, train, and support onsite maintenance teams across properties; ensure timely completion of service requests.
• Monitor vendor performance and manage contracts; conduct property inspections for safety and quality.
• Present weekly updates to Housing Program Managers during Tactical Meetings.
• Support leasing and resident services by maintaining high-quality units and common areas.
• Coordinate capital improvement projects and participate in property acquisitions/renovations as needed.
