Job summary

Hayes Gibson Property Services is seeking a Regional Maintenance Supervisor to oversee a multi-site portfolio. This senior role leads maintenance teams, coordinates HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems, and drives property performance across communities.

The ideal candidate has proven leadership, strong HVAC knowledge, and the ability to train staff while managing safety and budgets. Travel to communities will be required; a valid driver’s license is essential.

Qualifications

• HVAC knowledge and systems proficiency.
• Experience mentoring maintenance staff.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance leadership and technical expertise across multiple communities.
• Oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, appliance, grounds, and building maintenance.
• Train, mentor, and support onsite maintenance teams.
• Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Assist with budgeting, inventory control, preventative maintenance, and expense management.
• Travel to communities as needed to assist with operations and special projects.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety regulations, and company policies.
