Job summary

HTG Management, the regional maintenance leader for Housing Trust Group, seeks an experienced Regional Maintenance Supervisor to oversee central Florida portfolios. You will lead multiple on-site teams, drive preventive maintenance, and manage vendor relations while ensuring regulatory compliance and asset preservation.

Candidate must reside in Florida, travel as needed, and coordinate maintenance strategies with corporate leadership to optimize efficiency and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college or trade school education preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in a Regional Maintenance Supervisor, Regional Maintenance Director, or comparable multi-site leadership role.
• CPO and EPA Section 608 certifications required or must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Must reside in Florida and be available for emergencies outside normal hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and resources to Maintenance Supervisors to meet operational goals.
• Conduct monthly regional meetings and quarterly property inspections.
• Lead hurricane and severe-weather preparedness, including testing and plans.
• Oversee capital projects, vendor management, and bids; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support property hand-offs, warranties, and ongoing maintenance planning.
• Maintain professional, service-focused communication with residents and owners.
