Qualifications

• Experience as Maintenance Supervisor or similar leadership role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections with preventive maintenance.
• Provide hands-on support for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other systems.
• Ensure safety and compliance, maintaining records of maintenance activities.
• Monitor performance metrics, manage budgets, and optimize operations to reduce downtime.
