Job summary

HTG Management in Florida seeks an experienced Regional Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations across our Central Florida portfolio, reporting to the Director of Maintenance.

You will oversee multiple on-site teams, drive preventive maintenance, asset preservation, capital projects, vendor management, and warranty hand‑offs, with a focus on compliance and safety.

Residence in Florida is required and occasional travel will be needed to support properties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college or trade school education preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in a Regional Maintenance Supervisor or comparable multi-site leadership role.
• CPO and EPA Section 608 certifications required or must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Must reside in Florida and have a valid Florida driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide Maintenance Supervisors with resources, direction, and support to meet goals.
• Visit communities quarterly to mentor teams and inspect conditions.
• Lead emergency on-call escalation and respond on-site when necessary.
• Identify capital needs and manage scopes, budgets, and project plans.
• Develop vendor relationships and oversee bids and contracts.
