Job summary

Housing Trust Group (HTG) seeks an experienced Regional Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations across its Central Florida portfolio. Reporting to the Director of Maintenance, this role oversees multiple site teams and drives asset preservation, capital projects, vendor management, and regulatory readiness.

Candidate must reside in Florida and travel as needed. The ideal candidate brings strong HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems knowledge with leadership and budgeting

Qualifications

• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general building systems knowledge.
• Experience in multi-site leadership roles preferred.
• Strong budgeting, vendor management, and regulatory readiness capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide Maintenance Supervisors with resources, direction, and support to meet goals.
• Conduct monthly regional meetings and weekly one-on-one calls.
• Visit each community quarterly to mentor teams and review conditions.
• Establish goals for preventive maintenance, work orders, unit turns, and service.
• Develop staff through recognition, training, and succession planning.
• Recruit and develop Maintenance Supervisors and technicians.
• Participate in emergency on-call escalation and respond on-site.
• Ensure OSHA, local, and national code trainings are current.
• Prepare properties for HUD NSPIRE and other inspections; oversee actions.
