Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the property maintenance team across our communities. You will manage service requests, preventative maintenance, and vendor coordination while ensuring safety standards and high resident satisfaction.

You will work with the Community Manager, supervise maintenance staff, plan resources, and maintain accurate records. Regular on-site attendance and strong organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills are required for on-site software functions.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations and staff performance.
• Coordinate service requests, preventative maintenance, and vendor management.
• Ensure safety standards and OSHA compliance across the community.
• Maintain records of service requests and make-ready status.
• Respond to on-call emergencies at the community.
