Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Regional Planner/Scheduler (Mobile) to manage planning and scheduling of maintenance across assigned accounts with strong CMMS focus. You will coordinate with supervisors, track resources, and optimize work order flow to meet customer needs.

The role emphasizes data-driven planning, safety, and effective communication between O&M teams and account management to ensure timely completion of tasks and accurate reporting.

Formación

• High school/GED with equivalent experience required; Associate degree preferred.
• Ability to communicate information clearly and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency with CMMS and Excel for reporting and tracking work orders.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule maintenance activities including service requests and preventive/corrective maintenance.
• Analyze resource requirements and assign mechanical, electrical, and engineering services as needed.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with other departments and prepare work packages (materials, labor, tools, procedures).
• Ensure work packages are complete and resources are available before scheduling.
• Maintain CMMS backlog and asset registry; QA in work order process.
• Communicate with Building Manager to determine scope and priority of work.
• Administer preventive maintenance tracking and distribute work to supervisors.
• Act as liaison between O&M staff and requesting department for planning and scheduling.
