Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Planner & Scheduler to oversee CMMS-driven asset management, work planning, and spare parts inventory at our Charlton facilities. You will collaborate with site teams to optimize maintenance and reliability.

In this role you will develop accurate PM plans, manage WO data, and lead materials control while coaching staff on CMMS best practices in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• 2-year Associate degree in Business Admin, IS, Engineering, or related fields.
• 1-3+ years of related experience in a maintenance distribution or manufacturing environment.
• 4+ years’ experience with enterprise asset management software (Infor EAM ASE preferred).
• 2+ years’ data analysis experience in facilities maintenance, asset management, or spare part optimization.
• Must be self-driven, organized and able to work in a fast-paced team.
• Proven written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Measure and publish facility PI metrics to management; interpret data and recommend improvements.
• Develop and maintain equipment metadata in CMMS (manufacturer, model, serial, structure).
• Manage Work Order data: add equipment to PMs, set schedules, and WOs.
• Schedule and assign work; manage WO lifecycle from creation to closure.
• Develop spare parts metadata and manage store materials; cycle counts and vendor data.
• Coach staff on CMMS use and best practices.
