Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield's C&W Services is seeking a skilled CMMS Administrator to oversee asset management, work planning, and spare parts inventory using CMMS systems across sites. The role emphasizes data interpretation, process optimization, and accurate metadata maintenance.

The candidate will develop PM plans, schedules, and WO data, while training staff on CMMS best practices in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with CMMS in maintenance or manufacturing environments.
• Ability to collect and input asset metadata accurately.
• Experience in scheduling and coordinating preventative maintenance.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee asset metadata accuracy and use CMMS to manage equipment data.
• Develop and maintain PM plans, schedules, and work packages.
• Schedule and track WOs, ensuring timely creation, planning, and closure.
• Maintain spare parts data and lead materials management and cycle counts.
• Coach staff on CMMS use and best practices.
