CBRE is seeking a Maintenance Planner to join CBRE Global Workplace Solutions. The role focuses on asset management, work planning, training and spare parts inventory using Enterprise Asset Management software.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3+ years of planning, scheduling, and auditing facilities/maintenance activities.
• Experience with enterprise software and understanding of standard work processes.
• Effective communication, presentation, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Basic knowledge of financial terms and principles.
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Maintain spare parts inventory and conduct audits regularly.
• Provide software training to end users and new administrators; act as liaison for system problems.
• Collaborate with EAM Business Analyst to implement standard object coding, preventive maintenance procedures and scheduling.
• Manage work orders in the system for creation, updating, and closure.
• Perform data analysis on parts/assets and recommend software enhancements and process changes.
• Measure and publish facilities metrics to management.
• Provide Tier 1 EAM support for facilities team.
• Build positive relationships with Client and Operations Maintenance teams.
• Promote safe working environment by following safety procedures.
