Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) seeks a skilled Regional Maintenance Planner to oversee asset management, work planning, training, and spare parts inventory using EAM software. The role drives preventive maintenance, schedulings, and data-driven improvements across CBRE client operations.

The position requires 3+ years in planning and auditing facilities activities, strong communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. A Bachelor's degree is preferred; EAM ASE experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3+ years of related planning, scheduling, and auditing experience.
• Experience with enterprise software and understanding of standard work processes.
• Effective communication, presentation, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Maintain spare parts inventory and conduct regular audits.
• Provide software training to end users and administrators; act as system liaison.
• Collaborate with EAM Business Analyst to implement standard coding schemes and PM procedures.
• Manage work orders in the system for creation, planning, updating and closure.
• Perform data analysis on parts/assets and recommend enhancements.
• Measure and publish facilities metrics to management.
• Provide Tier 1 EAM support to facilities team.
• Foster positive relationships with Client and Operations Maintenance teams.
