Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Maintenance Planner for CBRE Global Workplace Solutions. You will manage asset data, work plans and spare parts for a major client, leveraging EAM software. The role requires coordinating with analysts, updating schedules and ensuring accurate work orders.

Responsibilities include training users, auditing inventories, analyzing parts data and publishing metrics. A strong emphasis on safety and collaboration with client and operations teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience in planning, scheduling, and auditing facilities/maintenance activities.
• Strong communication, presentation, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Basic knowledge of financial terms and principles.
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Maintain spare parts inventory and conduct audits regularly.
• Provide software training to end users and new administrators; liaison for system problems.
• Work with EAM Business Analyst to implement standard object coding, preventive maintenance and scheduling.
• Manage work orders in the system for creation, updating and resolution.
• Perform data analysis on parts/assets and recommend software enhancements.
• Measure and publish facilities metrics to management.
• Provide Tier 1 EAM support for the facilities team.
• Cultivate productive relationships with Client and Operations teams.
• Promote a safe working environment by following procedures.
