Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Maintenance Planner to manage asset data, work planning, training, and spare parts inventory using Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software. This role supports CBRE Global Workplace Solutions for a major client, ensuring reliable operations and safe, efficient facilities management.

You will coordinate work orders, train end users, analyze parts data, and collaborate with the EAM team to implement standard procedures and coding schemes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 3+ years of related planning, scheduling, and auditing experience.
• Experience with enterprise software and standard work processes.
• Strong communication, presentation, problem solving, and analytical skills.
• Basic financial terms knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Maintain spare parts inventory and audit regularly.
• Provide software training to end users and administrators; act as liaison for system issues.
• Collaborate with EAM Business Analyst to implement standard coding and preventive maintenance.
• Manage work orders: create, update, and close accurately.
• Analyze data on parts/assets and suggest software enhancements and process changes.
• Publish facilities metrics to management.
• Support as Tier 1 EAM for facilities team.
• Foster positive relationships with clients and operations teams.
• Promote a safe working environment by following procedures.
