Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions seeks a Maintenance Planner to oversee asset management, work planning, training, and spare part inventory using Enterprise Asset Management software. You will manage work orders, perform data analysis, and publish facilities metrics while ensuring a safe working environment.

The role requires 3+ years in planning and auditing, experience with enterprise software, and strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 3+ years of related experience in planning, scheduling, and auditing facilities/maintenance.
• Experience with enterprise software and understanding of standard work processes.
• Effective communication, presentation, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Basic knowledge of financial terms.
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Maintain asset management records and spare parts inventory.
• Provide software training to end users and administrators; liaison for system problems.
• Collaborate with EAM Business Analyst to implement standard coding schemes and preventive maintenance.
• Manage work orders for accurate creation, updating and closure.
• Analyze parts/assets data and suggest software enhancements.
• Publish facilities metrics to management.
• Support as Tier 1 EAM for the facilities team.
• Foster positive relations with client and operations teams.
• Promote safe working environment by following safety procedures.
