Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Regional Maintenance Planner in the United States to manage asset management, planning, training and spare parts inventory using EAM software. This role supports one of the world’s largest online retailers and offers opportunities for advancement after 6 months of successful service.

The incumbent will handle work orders, perform data analysis, implement standard maintenance procedures, and collaborate with the EAM team to drive process improvements while promoting a safe

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred for advanced roles.
• Strong communication and analytics skills required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain spare parts inventory and conduct audits.
• Provide software training to end users and administrators.
• Collaborate with EAM Analyst to standardize coding and PM procedures.
• Manage work orders in the system for creation, planning, updating and closure.
• Perform data analysis on parts/assets and suggest enhancements.
• Publish facilities metrics to management.
• Provide Tier 1 EAM support to the facilities team.
• Foster positive relationships with clients and operations teams.
