Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of properties, driving operational and financial performance while mentoring on-site teams. You will coordinate with HR, manage budgets, and lead client communications to ensure strategic alignment with company goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher; experience may substitute education.
• 4+ years in multifamily property management, incl. 2+ years in a Community Manager role.
• Experience with third‑party management and budgeting/financial reporting.
• Strong Microsoft Office and property management software experience (Yardi).
• Proven negotiation and vendor management capabilities; strategic thinker.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment and interview processes for site roles within the portfolio.
• Lead regular team meetings, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Coordinate with HR on issues and conflict resolution.
• Onboard, train, and mentor team members for success.
• Conduct weekly site visits and schedule client calls.
• Serve as primary client liaison, ensuring timely follow‑ups.
• Develop and execute weekly, monthly, quarterly business plans.
• Approve expenses and manage reporting to align with budgets.
• Review PO/invoice accuracy and submit to clients.
• Perform property inspections and preventive maintenance checks.
• Ensure compliance with procurement and vendor management policies.
• Oversee resident and vendor communications and issue resolution.
• Monitor marketing efforts and property websites.
