Job summary

Greystar seeks a Regional Maintenance Manager to mentor on-site service teams and ensure adherence to maintenance standards. You will work with owners and senior leadership, develop scopes of work, manage vendor relationships, and analyze properties for capital needs and budgeting.

The role emphasizes coordinating maintenance activities, inspections, and training programs, with strong focus on safety and quality across multiple properties.

Qualifications

• Maintenance and facilities management experience.
• Ability to diagnose problems across HVAC, electrical, plumbing and related systems.
• Experience leading on-site maintenance staff and coordinating training.
• Familiarity with budget processes and vendor evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Conducts annual maintenance inspections and reports to leadership.
• Track Elevated Surface Inspection and report progress to leadership.
• Lead on-site maintenance staff in diagnosing problems and scheduling preventive maintenance.
• Schedule and conduct training workshops; manage LMS registrations and tracking.
• Assist RPM with annual budget process for maintenance items.
• Evaluate suppliers annually based on quality, service and price.
• Assist in interviewing Service Supervisors and provide post-interview reports to hiring manager.
• Support community and RPM with training, coaching and discipline of associates.
• Perform other tasks as directed.
