Job summary

Oldcastle APG, a CRH Company, is hiring a Regional Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance across multiple Southeast Dry Mix facilities. The role demands strong leadership, budgeting, and technical expertise in capital installations and preventive programs.

The successful candidate will live near a manufacturing facility and manage complex maintenance strategies while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance across sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
• 5+ years of multi-site maintenance management or 10 years single-site experience.
• Strong budgeting and cost-control skills.
• Experience leading capital installation projects and large-scale upgrades.
• Proficiency with CMMS and maintenance software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance across regional Sites to ensure uptime and safety.
• Develop and manage Site maintenance budgets and cost controls.
• Lead capital projects including upgrades and renovations.
• Act as CMMS subject matter expert for work orders and assets.
• Train and evaluate maintenance staff and vendors.
• Coordinate with operations and finance to align strategy.
