Job summary

Oldcastle APG, a CRH Company, is seeking a Regional Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance across multiple Southeast Dry Mix facilities. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance while managing budgets, capital projects, and CMMS-based asset performance.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership and financial acumen, with experience in capital installations and preventive maintenance programs, and will travel up to 65% within the Southeast region.

Qualifications

• Multi-site maintenance management experience (or single-site with broader scope).
• Experience managing maintenance budgets and cost controls.
• Capital installation projects and large-scale facility upgrades experience.
• Strong CMMS knowledge and maintenance software proficiency.
• Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Excellent leadership, organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
• Valid driver’s license and OSHA safety knowledge.
• Able to read electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Welding and fabrication experience.
• Knowledge of three‑phase 480‑V equipment and NEC.
• Willingness to travel up to 65%.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds and ability to work in extreme conditions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance activities for regional sites to maximize uptime.
• Develop and administer Site maintenance budgets and control costs.
• Lead capital installation and facility upgrade projects.
• Act as SME for CMMS to track work orders and asset performance.
• Monitor preventive/predictive maintenance to extend asset life.
• Train and evaluate maintenance staff and vendors.
• Coordinate with operations and finance to align strategies with goals.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance across sites.
• Manage vendor contracts and monitor SLAs.
• Analyze maintenance metrics and report to senior leadership.
• Respond to emergencies and develop contingency plans.
