Job summary

Oldcastle APG, a CRH Company, is seeking a Regional Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance across multiple Southeast Dry Mix facilities. You will oversee safety, efficiency, regulatory compliance, budgets, and capital projects while guiding teams and vendors.

The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and hands-on expertise in preventive maintenance and CMMS, with travel up to 65% and a commitment to reliable operations in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of multi-site maintenance management experience or 10 years of single-site maintenance management experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing maintenance budgets.
• Proven expertise in capital installation projects and large-scale facility upgrades.
• Strong working knowledge of CMMS and maintenance software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all maintenance activities for assigned regional Sites, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
• Assist in the development and administration of Site maintenance budgets, controlling costs while maintaining service quality.
• Lead capital installation and improvement projects, including equipment upgrades, facility renovations, and infrastructure enhancements.
• Act as the subject matter expert for maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track work orders, preventive maintenance, and asset performance.
• Monitor preventive and predictive maintenance programs to extend asset life and reduce operational disruptions.
• Train and evaluate maintenance supervisors, technicians, and third-party vendors.
• Coordinate with operations, finance, and leadership teams to align maintenance strategies with organizational goals.
• Ensure compliance with Company policies as well as local, state, and federal regulations related to safety and building codes.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate service contracts, and monitor service-level agreements.
• Analyze maintenance metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
• Respond to emergencies and develop contingency plans for critical equipment failures.
