Job summary

Oldcastle APG, a CRH Company, is seeking a Regional Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations across multiple facilities in the Southeast Dry Mix Region. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, regulatory compliance and managing budgets, capex projects, and CMMS-driven asset performance.

The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, financial acumen and a track record in capital installations, preventive maintenance programs, and large-scale upgrades across regional sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training acceptable.
• Minimum 5 years of multi-site maintenance management or 10 years single-site experience.
• Experience managing maintenance budgets and capital installation projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance across regional sites ensuring safety and uptime.
• Develop and manage Site maintenance budgets and costs.
• Lead capital installation and facility upgrade projects.
• Serve as SME for CMMS and track work orders and asset performance.
• Monitor preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Train and evaluate maintenance staff and vendors.
• Coordinate with operations, finance and leadership.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Manage vendor relationships and service contracts.
• Analyze maintenance metrics and report to senior management.
• Respond to emergencies and develop contingency plans.
