Job summary
Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Regional Area Maintenance Manager to lead dynamic maintenance teams across your region, ensuring safety, reliability, and operational excellence. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Engineering Technology or Reliability Engineering, or 2+ years Amazon RME Full Time experience.
- Flex schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
- 2+ years of direct leadership/supervisory experience.
- 2+ years of CMMS experience.
- 2+ years of Microsoft Office applications experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of service technicians and automation engineers.
- Ensure rigorous adherence to safety protocols during maintenance activities.
- Design and implement preventive maintenance programs and coordinate external contractors.
- Monitor MHE metrics and partner with teams to address system performance.
- Travel domestically up to 80% to provide escalation support and guidance.
