Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in Philadelphia is seeking a Regional Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance across multiple sites, lead Maintenance Managers, and drive regional strategic programs. You will balance proactive plans with real-time problem-solving, develop leaders, and ensure safety and continuous improvement.

The role requires up to 80% domestic travel, strong leadership, budgeting, and proficiency with CMMS and MHE systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or 2+ years Amazon RME (BB/3P) Full Time Exempt experience.
• Work flexible schedules/shifts/areas, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• 4+ years of direct leadership/supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and mentorship to Maintenance Managers and their teams across multiple sites.
• Develop and maintain preventative maintenance programs and manage regional budgets.
• Ensure safety protocols across all sites and partner with Safety leadership to audit programs.
• Manage capital spending plans, coordinate external contractors, and ensure high-quality service.
• Travel domestically up to 80% to support regional sites and initiatives.
