You will mentor Senior Maintenance Managers and site teams, establish and enforce maintenance standards, drive reliability improvements, and apply ROI analysis to end-of-life decisions while advancing safety culture and client value across the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years managing employees and performance.
• Experience leading regional/multi-site maintenance with 80+ employees.
• Knowledge of Material Handling Equipment (MHE), industrial automation, and logistics environments.
• Willingness to travel 70–80% across North America.

Responsibilities

• Deploy across network to drive performance to KPI targets.
• Evaluate site condition, maintenance execution, and team capability with improvement plans.
• Establish, teach, and enforce maintenance standards across sites.
• Conduct Health Check audits and Quality Assurance reviews.
• Mentor Senior/Area Maintenance Managers in leadership and coaching.
• Teach budgeting, workforce management, KPI interpretation, and escalation processes.
• Develop reliability plans to increase uptime across facilities.
• Provide ROI-based guidance on equipment end-of-life issues.
• Foster proactive safety culture and ensure training compliance.
• Manage client relationships and program budgets, reporting variances.
