You will manage a team of Maintenance Managers, Area Managers and technicians, delivering reliable maintenance programs and projects in a fast-paced setting. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of leadership in maintenance, strong data analytics, and extensive experience with material handling equipment and large

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience managing employees.
• Experience leading 80+ employees in multi-site environments.
• Background in maintenance, workplace safety, and data-driven leadership.
• Experience with material handling equipment and large, complex integrated systems maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Concepts, TOC, layout design, cost/benefit analysis, and labor productivity analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead site-based Maintenance Managers and Area Maintenance Manager in the North American Fulfilment Network.
• Develop Maintenance Department business plans and guide implementation.
• Implement reliability plans to increase facility uptime.
• Drive maintenance best practices and safety across the network.
• Provide ROI and analytical guidance to senior leadership on EOL issues.
• Oversee budget development, execution, and capital planning.
