Job summary

Valiant Residential is seeking a Regional Community Supervisor to oversee operations, financial performance, and resident experience across multiple high-end multifamily communities in the Houston area. Reporting to the Regional Vice President, you will drive occupancy, revenue, and budget achievement while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

You will recruit, develop, and supervise on-site staff, build strong resident and vendor relationships, and lead risk management and capital

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of property management or related experience.
• At least 3 years of on-site multifamily property management with ownership-level responsibilities across 5+ properties.
• Experience managing A to A+ class high-rise or luxury residential communities.
• 3+ years of team management or supervisory experience; industry certifications such as CPM, CAPS, CAM preferred.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license and have vehicle for travel between properties.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, develop, and supervise on-site staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and performance expectations.
• Oversee daily property operations, ensuring financial goals are met by managing budgets, revenue, and expenditures.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure maintenance, safety, and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including Fair Housing, landlord-tenant laws, and company policies.
• Oversee risk management, including preventative maintenance, insurance compliance, and capital improvement recommendations.
• Uphold company values and culture and take on additional responsibilities as assigned.
