Job summary

Valiant Residential is seeking a Regional Community Supervisor to lead operations, financial performance, and resident experience across multiple luxury multifamily communities in the Houston region. Reporting to the Regional Vice President, you will recruit, develop, and support on-site staff, driving excellence while ensuring occupancy, revenue, and budget targets are met.

The role requires 5+ years in property management, 3+ years of on-site leadership across 5+ properties, and a track record

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of property management or related experience.
• 3+ years of on-site multifamily property management with ownership-level responsibilities across 5+ properties.
• Proven experience managing A to A+ class high-rise or mid-rise properties.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience; CPM/CAPS/CAM certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, develop, and supervise on-site staff while ensuring policy compliance.
• Oversee operations, budgets, revenue, and expenditures to meet financial goals.
• Conduct regular property inspections for maintenance, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, landlord-tenant laws, and company policies.
• Oversee risk management, preventative maintenance, and capital improvement recommendations.
• Uphold company values and drive operational excellence across properties.
