Job summary

Valiant Residential is seeking a Regional Community Supervisor to lead operations across multiple high-end multifamily communities in the Dallas area. You will drive occupancy, revenue, and budget targets while ensuring policy and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong staff leadership, vendor relations, and a focus on resident experience. Reporting to the Regional VP, you will recruit and develop on-site teams, conduct inspections, and implement capital improvement recommendations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of property management experience with ownership-level responsibilities.
• At least 3 years of on-site multifamily management across 5+ properties.
• Industry certifications such as CPM, CAPS, CAM preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, develop, and supervise on-site staff across properties.
• Oversee daily property operations, manage budgets, revenue, and expenditures to hit financial targets.
• Conduct regular property inspections for maintenance, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, landlord-tenant laws, and internal policies.
• Oversee risk management, including insurance compliance and capital improvements.
• Uphold company values and support cross-functional initiatives.
