Job summary

Valiant Residential, LLC is seeking a Regional Community Supervisor to lead operations across multiple high-end multifamily communities in the Houston region. You will drive occupancy, revenue, and budget targets while ensuring compliance with policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of property management or related experience.
• 3+ years of on-site multifamily property management with ownership-level responsibilities across 5+ properties.
• Experience managing A to A+ class high-rise or luxury residential communities.
• CPM/ CAPS/ CAM or equivalent certifications preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and an operational vehicle for travel between properties.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, develop, and supervise on-site staff.
• Oversee daily property operations, budgets, revenue, and expenditures to meet financial goals.
• Conduct regular property inspections for safety, maintenance, and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, landlord-tenant laws, and company policies.
• Oversee risk management, preventative maintenance, and capital improvement recommendations.
• Uphold company values and culture while taking on additional responsibilities.
