Job summary

Eventus WholeHealth is seeking a Regional Long-Term Care Sales Support Specialist to assist the Regional Long-Term Care Account Executive in sales activities across the Roanoke region, VA. The role focuses on relationship-building with skilled nursing and assisted living facilities, ensuring excellent customer service and successful delivery of our integrated care model.

Responsibilities include implementing the Better Together program, conducting reviews, and collaborating with facility staff

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in an Account Manager/Customer Service role.
• 5 years of experience in the Post Acute Healthcare industry.
• Experience in post-acute care market with facility administration preference.
• Strong organizational, written and verbal communication, with multitasking ability.
• Willingness to travel, with estimated overnight travel at 25%.
• Proficiency in Windows 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM systems such as Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation process for new facilities from business development handoff to go-live.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned facilities, implementing the Better Together program.
• Liaise between facilities and Eventus WholeHealth providers/staff for effective collaboration and service delivery.
• Conduct quarterly in-person reviews and monthly telephone reviews.
• Monitor facility staff engagement and escalate issues using established protocols.
• Inform leadership and providers of changes in facility administration or ownership.
• Fulfill additional duties as assigned.
• Assist in executing sales strategies and market research (Trella) with the Regional Account Executive.
• Retain existing facilities and seek new leads; develop relationships with potential clients.
