Job summary

Eventus WholeHealth in Kokomo, IN seeks a Regional Long-Term Care Sales Support Specialist to assist the Regional Long-Term Care Account Executive in growing our post-acute services across skilled nursing and assisted living facilities.

You will coordinate onboarding, training, and performance reviews, manage relationships with facility administration and internal teams, monitor satisfaction and retention, and help deliver the Better Together program.

Qualifications

• 3 years of Account Manager/Customer Service experience.
• 5 years in the Post-Acute Healthcare industry.
• Extensive post-acute care market experience; facility administration preferred.
• Strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Windows-based tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Assist the Regional Account Executive in fostering relationships with assigned facilities.
• Lead onboarding, in-service training, and performance reviews for the Better Together program.
• Coordinate between facilities and Eventus WholeHealth providers and support teams.
• Conduct quarterly in-person and monthly reviews; report performance against metrics.
• Support sales reports, materials, and presentations; participate in industry events.
