Job summary

Eventus WholeHealth seeks a Regional Long-Term Care Account Executive for Western VA (Shenandoah Valley) and Richmond to drive new business in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. You will develop strategies, build relationships with facility leadership, and expand our integrated care services.

The role requires a consultative sales approach, pipeline management in a CRM, and collaboration with clinical operations to ensure service delivery and retention across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Health Care Administration, Business, or Management.
• 5 years of outside Business Development/Sales in post-acute healthcare.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven collaboration with clinical and non-clinical personnel.

Responsibilities

• Develop an in-depth understanding of Eventus’ integrated care model.
• Create and execute a strategic sales plan to meet/exceed targets.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with existing facilities and identify upsell opportunities.
• Demonstrate industry expertise in long-term care facilities and ownership structures.
• Maintain a pipeline of opportunities and secure service agreements.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Coordinate facility onboarding for service initiation.
• Ensure facility expectations align with Eventus service standards.
