Job summary

Eventus WholeHealth, established in 2014, seeks a Regional Long-Term Care Support Specialist to assist the Regional Long-Term Care Account Executive in building and sustaining relationships with skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. You will help drive the Better Together program and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in an Account Manager/Customer Service Role.
• 5 years of experience in the Post Acute Healthcare industry.
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead as primary liaison for assigned facilities, supporting the Regional Long-Term Care Account Executive.
• Implement and oversee the Better Together program in facilities.
• Conduct quarterly in-person reviews and monthly calls to report on metrics.
• Maintain CRM databases and sales-related tools with data accuracy.
• Travel up to 25% as required for in-person engagements.
