Job summary

Eventus WholeHealth is seeking a Regional Long-Term Care Sales Support Specialist to assist the Regional LTC Account Executive in fostering relationships across Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living facilities within the assigned region in Ohio. You will support sales, onboarding, and ongoing program delivery of our integrated care model.

Responsibilities include coordinating between facilities and internal teams, implementing the Better Together program, and driving customer service excellence

Qualifications

• 3 years in an Account Manager/Customer Service role.
• 5 years in the Post-Acute Healthcare industry.
• Experience in post-acute market with facility administration expertise.
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Windows 365 and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Willingness to travel up to 25% overnight.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation process for new facilities from business development handoff to go-live.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned facilities, implementing the Better Together program.
• Liaise between facilities and Eventus WholeHealth providers and staff for seamless service delivery.
• Conduct quarterly in-person reviews and monthly calls following the program format.
• Monitor engagement and escalate issues using established protocols.
• Inform leadership of changes in facility administration or ownership.
• Support additional duties and sales activities as required.
