Job summary

Eventus WholeHealth is seeking a Regional Long-Term Care Sales Support Specialist to assist the Regional Long-Term Care Account Executive in sales activities across skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. You will help implement the Better Together program, coordinate with facility staff and internal teams, and support retention and revenue growth while traveling up to 25% as needed.

Qualifications

3 years of experience in an Account Manager/Customer Service Role.
5 years of experience in the Post Acute Healthcare industry.
Proven ability to collaborate with clinical and non-clinical personnel.
Track record of account retention and revenue growth.
Proficiency with Windows 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

Assist the Regional Long-Term Care Account Executive in fostering enduring relationships and partnerships with Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing facilities.
Lead implementation from business development handoff to go-live for new facilities.
Liaise between facilities and Eventus WholeHealth providers and staff to ensure smooth service delivery.
Conduct quarterly in-person reviews and monthly calls following the Better Together program format.
Maintain CRM databases, monitor satisfaction, and report performance metrics.
Travel up to 25% as required.
