Job summary

Eventus WholeHealth is seeking a Regional Long-Term Care Sales Support Specialist to assist the Regional Long-Term Care Account Executive in sales activities across facilities in the region.

You will lead onboarding, in-service training, and ongoing satisfaction surveys, ensuring customer retention and successful rollout of the Better Together program in assigned skilled nursing and assisted living facilities.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in an Account Manager/Customer Service Role.
• 5 years of experience in the Post Acute healthcare industry.
• Proven ability to collaborate with clinical and non-clinical personnel.
• Proficiency with Windows 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation process for new facilities from handoff to go-live.
• Act as the primary contact for assigned facilities and implement the Better Together program.
• Liaise between facilities and Eventus WholeHealth providers for service delivery.
• Conduct quarterly in-person and monthly teleconference reviews, reporting performance.
• Maintain databases, CRM systems, and sales tools to ensure data accuracy.
• Travel up to 25% as needed.
