Job summary

Eventus WholeHealth is seeking a Regional Long-Term Care Sales Support Specialist to assist the Regional Long-Term Care Account Executive in building provider partnerships with skilled nursing and assisted living facilities.

You will manage onboarding, training, and ongoing program delivery while maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring satisfaction across facilities in the assigned region.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in an Account Manager/Customer Service Role.
• 5 years of experience in the Post Acute Healthcare industry.
• Extensive experience in the post-acute care market with facility administration exposure.
• Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills with multitasking ability.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and documents.
• Proven ability to collaborate with clinical and non-clinical personnel.
• Track record of account retention and revenue growth.
• Proficiency with Windows 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM systems.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead liaison between facilities and Eventus WholeHealth providers and staff.
• Assist Regional Account Executive in sales strategies and market research.
• Manage onboarding, in-service training, performance reviews, and customer satisfaction tracking.
• Monitor facility engagement and escalate issues per protocols.
• Maintain databases and CRM data accuracy; communicate changes in facility administration.
