Job summary

Fast Retailing in Milpitas, CA is seeking a Loss Prevention Manager to oversee all LP programs and personnel across the assigned store(s). You will drive loss ratio reduction and safety goals by partnering with operations, HR and store teams.

Responsibilities include enforcing LP policies, training, building relationships with external agencies, and managing LP staff and equipment. Travel is required; a bachelor degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years Retail Loss Prevention Management experience.
• Experience with investigations and interviewing dishonest employees.
• Ability to interface with law enforcement and legal professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead Loss Prevention programs and personnel for assigned store(s).
• Ensure loss ratio goals and safety targets are met through partnerships.
• Train and develop Loss Prevention staff; audit shortage action plans.
• Manage LP equipment and internal/external investigation programs.
