Job summary

FAST RETAILING seeks a Loss Prevention Manager to lead LP across NJ/NY stores, directing investigations, security systems, and training. You will oversee multiple sites, coordinate with HR and store personnel, and ensure adherence to policy while reducing losses through proactive controls.

The role requires 3–5 years in retail LP management, strong interviewing skills, and the ability to travel between Jersey Gardens, Menlo Park, Newport Centre, and Staten Island locations as needed.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail Loss Prevention management experience.
• Experience in internal investigations and interviews.
• Ability to interface with law enforcement on criminal and civil matters.
• Experience with CCTV, EAS, RFID and related security systems.
• Oversee inventory processes across multiple locations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Hire, manage, and train Loss Prevention staff for each location.
• Create, implement, audit shortage action plans and drive results.
• Manage LP equipment and IP networking for security systems.
• Lead internal/external investigations and document evidence securely.
• Enforce LP policies and conduct training across stores.
• Build relationships with law enforcement and vendors.
• Apply RFID, EAS and warehouse security controls in operations.
• Visit stores/warehouses to assess security and loss prevention.
