Job summary

UNIQLO in Milpitas, CA is seeking a Loss Prevention Manager to lead the store's LP programs and personnel. You will partner with operations, HR and staff to hit loss ratio and safety goals while enforcing corporate standards.

The role requires investigations experience, security technology know-how, and strong leadership. You will train teams, manage LP staff, and oversee CCTV, access control and alarm systems, plus fraud investigations.

Qualifications

• Experience in internal investigations and interviewing dishonest employees.
• Experience with external apprehension programs and law enforcement interfaces.
• Knowledge of security tech: CCTV, EAS, alarm systems.
• Strong business acumen, leadership and strategic thinking.
• Ability to train, develop staff and document processes clearly.

Responsibilities

• Enforce LP department policies and standards across the store.
• Implement and manage training and awareness programs for the team.
• Build positive relationships with operations, HR and store staff.
• Lead LP staff and locations, providing supervision and coaching.
• Create and audit shortage action plans for assigned areas.
• Manage LP equipment (CCTV, access control, EAS, alarms) and investigations.
