Job summary

Fast Retailing Co., Ltd. seeks an Area Loss Prevention Manager to oversee LP operations across NJ/NY stores. You will lead staff, develop shrink-reduction strategies, and coordinate investigations with law enforcement. Strong interviewing and security technology expertise are essential.

Travel to multiple sites in the NJ/NY area is required, including Jersey Gardens, Menlo Park, Newport Centre, and Staten Island locations. A proactive leader with excellent communication will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of retail Loss Prevention management experience.
• Experience with internal investigations and interviewing techniques.
• Familiarity with CCTV, EAS, RFID, and access control technologies.
• WZ interviewing certification or LPC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hire, manage, and train Loss Prevention staff for assigned locations.
• Create, implement, and audit shortage action plans to reduce losses.
• Manage LP equipment including CCTV, access control, EAS, and alarms.
• Lead internal and external investigations to reduce theft and fraud.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and legal professionals as needed.
• Enforce LP policies and provide training across store operations.
• Build relationships with internal teams and external contacts in LP.
